MAP Many record trophy size Brown & Rainbow Trout are caught in these lakes and streams. Most other lakes and trout streams that abound Rotorua are within a 30 minute drive from your motel.

Skyline Skyrides is an all age, all weather attraction in Rotorua. Try out the many attractions at the top of the Gondola. Ride the Luge or one of their other exciting rides and activities. Dine out overlooking Rotorua at their restaurant. Skyline is the perfect venue for your function or event. They are open every day of the year.
Paradise Valley Springs' open style park is well known throughout New Zealand for its trout and wildlife. Their wild animals and native birds are close at hand throughout your walk and a natural wetland with walkways across the water allows excellent viewing of New Zealand's waterbirds. Trout/Fish In their spawning stream, you may hand feed wild Rainbow and Brown Trout. Hundreds more swim in numerous fresh water streams, one of which has an underwater viewer while another holds large wild eels.
Geothermal Park -Follow the footsteps of ancient warriors past swirling clouds of steam, passed violent bubbling geothermal pools. Be astounded by Kakahi Falls, the largest hot waterfall in the Southern Hemisphere and feel the healing waters of the sulphur lake. Mud Baths and Spas Pamper yourself in pure mineral enriched mud and then soak in a pure sulphurous spa, water that was frequently used by warriors to salve their battle wounds. Wai Ora Health and Wellbeing Centre Unique half hour and one hour traditional Maori massage is available or indulge in a facial or full body scrub using the natural geothermal mud of this miraculous geothermal park.
Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland is a geothermal sightseeing attraction just outside of Rotorua. The area is known as New Zealand's most colourful and diverse geothermal sightseeing experience.Visitors to the area can view a wide range of features including: - Geysers - Mud pools - Mineral terraces - Colourful hot and cold pools - Steaming Volcanic Lakes.

Our Kayaks are stable and easy to paddle with no
experience necessary, we have single and tandem Kayaks so we can make
sure everyone, whatever their fitness level can enjoy the trip. Our
equipment is modern, well maintained, with all the safety features
required to make sure your trip a memory that you will take home and
treasure. We love having families kayak with us and can
accommodate most ages (out youngest kayaker to date has been 4 months).
