Reservation Policy: Reserving a unit requires a one night deposit on reserving with the balance to be paid on arrival. All units must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Units are available for occupation from 12.00 noon.

1. Final balance, for any accommodation reserved, if not paid prior is to be paid at time of arrival. Only cash, Visa / Mastercard or direct bank credit is accepted.

2. Check-in is available from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.

3. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.  

4. Smoking is not allowed in any Units. If you do smoke in the unit, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
